SignMark is a preformed thermoplastic marking product, which is ready to use. It is simple and quick to be applyed as it only requires a brush and a gas burner! Sweep off the surface, apply the SignMark thermoplastic and use the gas burner to fix in place. No big investment or machinery concerns are needed when choosing a SignMark road marking solution.
SignMark is a permanent marking with long lasting durability. The material fuses with the surface and ensures a long life. SignMark lasts 6–8 times longer than road markings painted on the road surface.
Glass beads are evenly dispersed on the surface and all through the preformed thermoplastic material to ensure optimum reflection during the life time of the product. A temperature indicator system indicates when SignMark has been sufficiently heated.
The SignMark range includes all officially registered traffic symbols, traffic signs, lines, pedestrian crossings, arrows, letters and numbers.
The colour pigments in SignMark are organic and other components of the thermoplastic material do not give off environmentally harmful substances. Also performing your road marking job with SignMark reduces the risk of skin problems and allergic reactions to a minimum.
EASY AND QUICK APPLICATION THROUGH THE YEAR
SIGNMARK are well-thought-out, ready-to-use thermoplastic road markings that can be used every season. Laying can be done quickly and easily by a person “armed” with a broom and burner. The surface is cleaned, mark the SIGNMARK and heat with the burner until the material blends with the road surface. The low cost and easy placement of SIGNMARK make it the easiest and fastest way to place road markings. No heavy trucks, enclosures and templates.

SIGNMARK is a thermoplastic material that is permanently bonded to the pavement by heating, which ensures durability and durability of wear 4 to 6 times, in some regions up to 8 times more than conventional paint marking. Due to its durability, SIGNMARK is suitable for use in busy areas as well as in urban conditions along the route of urban transport. The thermoplastic is resistant to gasoline, oils, lye and temperature deformations.

SIGNMARK glass beads guarantee the optimum reflectivity of the mark, a prerequisite for safety and driving comfort in the dark. The glass beads are distributed uniformly over the surface as well as in the 3 mm thick SIGNMARK layer. This ensures that the marks are preserved throughout the entire lifetime and during the lifetime.
PROVIDED QUALITY WAY OF APPLICATION
The patented temperature control system clearly shows when SIGNMARK has reached the optimal application temperature. The temperature indicators are about 2 cm long and evenly distributed over the surface for maximum clear visibility.
APPLICATION STAGES
STAGE 1
Clean the surface with a broom or blower.
STAGE 2
Heat the surface with a burner. Open and arrange the markings as instructed on the packaging.
STAGE 3
Arrange the elements on the floor and prepare for the final heating with a burner.
STAGE 4
Heat up with the burner until the sticking temperature is reached.
